– 1 Avocado
– 1 Tomato
– Semi-cured Goat Cheese
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil Caviar

Step 1

We cut thin slices of the tomato, avocado and cheese.

Step 2

Serve them on a platter making a rainbow of avocado, tomato, and cheese.

Step 3

Season it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Caviar for an explosion of flavor.
