Cheesecake with honey
- Cream 175g
- Cream cheese 350g
- 2 eggs
- Sugar 100g
- Flour 40g
Grease the mold with butter and preheat the oven to 200º.
In a bowl add all the ingredients, cream 175g, cream cheese 350g, 2 eggs, sugar 100g and finally the flour 40g.
We beat everything, put it in the mold and put it in the oven.
Bake 45 minutes at 200º.
When we take it out of the oven, add the honey.
