Hake loin with AOVE Caviar


Ingredients of the Hake Loin with AOVE Caviar:

  • 2 Garlic
  • Hake loin
  • Salt
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Caviar



Step 1

Add 2 garlic and a little oil to the pan.

Step 2

When it is hot add the hake loin and add salt.

Step 3

Then pour a splash of white wine over the hake and let it reduce.

Step 4

When we take it out, we add the Caviar of AOVE.
