Salmorejo with Caviar of EVOO and Ham
Ingredients for Salmorejo with EVOO Caviar and Ham:
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil 150ml
- Very ripe red tomato 1Kg
- Bread 200g
- 1 clove of garlic
- Caviar of EVOO
Clean the tomatoes, cut them into pieces and crush them.
Cut the bread into pieces and add them to the tomatoes.
