Our cheeses, winners of many international awards, are produced from the milk of sheep and goats of the Payoya breed that are free and feed on natural pastures.

Every day the cattle are milked in the Serranía de Cádiz.

Our cheeses are 100% natural and without preservatives and are made exclusively with fresh, fresh milk. The team of master cheesemakers makes all the products by hand and thus offers the highest quality of each piece.

Mild aroma of sheep's milk and fruits dry, with sweet touches in the aftertaste. Persistence: medium.
