Our 100% Iberian breed pigs are raised in the wild in the pastures of the southwest of the Iberian Peninsula.
They feed mainly on acorns in addition to the foods they find in the Dehesa: wild fruits, roots, mushrooms, aromatic plants…. For a pig to gain one kilo, it will need to eat 12 kg of acorns.
Thanks to the privileged environment and the conditions in which the pigs are found, we are able to obtain the color, texture, aroma, and characteristic flavor of our Iberian products.
