Shipping costs vary depending country and cart amount.
Free shipping to Spain on all orders above 80€ ( If not it’s 6 €)
ZONE 1: Portugal ( Free orders >80€) – 10€
ZONE 2: Belgium, France, Italy, Monaco ( Free orders >150€) – 20€
ZONE 3: Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg ( Free orders >150€) – 25€

How are products shipped?
The products are carefully packed and protected with packaging to ensure that the product arrives in perfect condition. We work with Packlink (DHL, Correos, UPS.)
What are the delivery times?
Shipments will take between 24-72 hours*.

What do I do if I want to return a product?
Our goal is the happiness and enjoyment of our customers so that from the moment of purchase they enjoy an unforgettable experience.
Therefore, we appreciate that you send us any disagreement with the product.
To request a return, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reason for the return as well as the contact information and a series of photos that prove said condition.
