Natural Bark, smeared with Truffle andExtra Virgin  Olive Oil. It presents the typical engraving originated by the old esparto folds. Its body is compact, dark ivory in color, where you can notice the presence of small eyes of mechanical origin.

Tasting notes: Cheese with a firm, soft to cut and not very elastic. Truffle aroma. Persistence Elevated.

Cured Goat Cheese with Truffle:

Our cheeses, winners of many international awards, are produced from the milk of sheep and goats of the Payoya breed that are free and feed on natural pastures.

Our cheeses are 100% natural and without preservatives and are made exclusively with fresh milk. The team of master cheesemakers makes all the products by hand and thus offer the highest quality of each piece.

Ingredients: made from pasteurized Payoya goat milk, stabiliser (calcium chloride), rennet, also lactic ferments, salt, truffle preparation (1%) (black truffle (tuber s.p.p.), tuber melanosporum 20%, reduced truffle juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt). Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the crust. Without additives or preservatives.

Use: Consume at room temperature (between 20 and 22ºC).
Conservation: Store between 4 and 7ºC
