Acorn-fed Shoulder Ham 100% Ibérico Piece:

Our 100% Iberian breed pigs are raised in the wild in the pastures of the southwest of the Iberian Peninsula.

They feed mainly on acorns in addition to the foods they find in the Dehesa: wild fruits, roots, mushrooms, aromatic plants…. For a pig to gain one kilo, it will need to eat 12 kg of acorns.

Thanks to the privileged environment and the conditions in which the pigs are found, we are able to obtain the color, texture, aroma, and characteristic flavor of our Iberic products.

Each ham has been painstakingly curated for at least thirty-three months in natural drying rooms. Intense and long aroma, reminiscent of acorn, wet grass, thyme … The entry note is clean, fresh. In the mouth, there is a taste of acorn, toasted hazelnuts, wet wood, and wildflowers. In the most peripheral cuts, the flavor acquires sweeter and tastier nuances.

Ingredients: 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork ham, salt.

Use: For consumption, open the container 30 minutes before. Once opened, keep refrigerated.

Conservation: Store in a cool and dry place.
