Mediterranean gastronomy has selected the best of Phoenician, Roman and Arabic cuisine among others. Each of them offers something particular, and their heirs have known how to include it in their gastronomy, enriching it with new aromas and flavors. The common essence of all them is the use of native raw materials and their artisanal elaboration.
